Landon says his pleases and thank yous, sits still for story time, eats his fruits and veggies, puts his toys away, plays well with his friends, gives hugs and kisses upon demand, and is so helpful with his brother.
Landon just turned two. My perfect child is now...throwing tantrums? having meltdowns? hitting things? screaming in public?
Oh, boy are we in for a ride, but despite the countless redirections and timeouts, I love him beyond words. I love his hugs, I love his smacking kisses, I love his chocolate covered chubby cheeks, and stinky feet. I love that he can entertain himself with a ball for hours. I love that he really truly is such a good big brother.
As you know, Landon brings a ball every where we go. Each time it is a different ball, but lately he has been grabbing one for himself and placing one on top of Harper in the carseat. When Harper cries from the bedroom, Landon runs to me and says, "Baby, wake-up!" He also tells me when to feed him "mac", milk.

Mr. and Mrs. Lambert
This is Dean and Ruth. Ruth, my mother-in-law was a widow. Dean, my new stepfather-in-law was a widower. I may or may not have invited them both over to dinner with the intent of sparking some romance. Anthony and I awkwardly clicked our forks as they flirted and giggled. Needless to say, they hit it off. These pictures are from thier wedding on March 31, 2010, just four months after our dinner. Isn't love beautiful?

Why I Love Anthony
Last month Anthony and I celebrated our three year anniversary. Three years! The last three have most certainly been the most joyful of my life thus far. And I owe it to my honey, Anthony James. I'm head over heels madly in love with the man. I love him so much I still get teary eyed thinking about him. I have compiled a list in my limited time. It could go on for miles, but here are just a few of the reasons why I looooove Anthony James...
- He tells me I'm beautiful everyday
- He loves shopping as much as I do
- He forgives my forgetfulness and other flaws
- Okay, I admit it, he does most of the cooking
- He even does laundry
- He is an awesome dad who is adored by his boys
- He gives baths
- He plays catch
- He wrestles, tackles, and tickles
- He doesn't ever give me a hard time about my fear of driving. Nope, not even once.
- If I get the house messy enough, he goes into crazy cleaning mode. Maybe I should do that more often.
- He is an amazingly talented writer/rapper. Even though I call him ghetto, I think it is hottt.
- He has a head full of luscious hair and only a few grey ones.
- He's tall.
- He sometimes laughs at my jokes, and then I feel so cool.
- He never lets me buy an animal which in retrospect, I'm super thankful for. Why did I want a chinchilla, gerbil, beta, long haired bunny rabbit anyway?
