i just need to vent and it's my blog so i can do that

For the last 2 1/2 months, I've been working out every single day (okay, not Sundays) but six days a week for an hour to two hours at  a time and have not lost one. single. pound.

I've actually gained four.

Here's what I do:
plyometrics, power sculpt, cycling, weight lifting, step n' sculpt, and I run to and from the gym pushing a double jogger.
annoying.
Shouldn't I be losing weight by now?
I'm starting to think it was a blessing that I burned 2 out of 3 batches of these chocolate chip cookies.

But seriously, if you remember to take them out after ten minutes, they are simply perfection.

Wow, you are crazy! I run but not for that long but when I am working out I gain like 5lbs (not exaggerating) and it makes me super depressed but you have to realize that you are gaining muscle which weighs more than fat and also burns fat quicker.

Don't worry about the scale just how you feel and for heaven sake, go eat another chocolate chip cookie...that's why I exercise!

Tiffani said it right, muscle weighs more then fat...don't pay attention to the scale only how you feel.

I had to remind myself when I started to work out that muscle weighs more than fat. I finally noticed that although the scale was not changing, my clothes were fitting better and were even loose in some cases. In addition, my body fat percentage was going down. After about three months, I noticed a difference on the scale. It took me an entire year to lose 30 pounds. Keep it up. Besides, you are tiny already. Just keep building that muscle and you will feel better.
