Ramble

Look at these boys. Look at these boys!
I am so in love with them.
They keep me insanely busy, make messes like pros, and occasionally beat me up.
But,
I love them.

I love Harper's sweet spirit, his wise soul, and how he snuggles and smooches me several times a day. Even if he is covering me in snot/slobber in the process.

I love that when he wants my attention, he'll quietly come grab my hand and lead me to where ever he wishes. It's usually the basketball hoop in the corner of the bedroom. Then he'll pick up a ball and shoot hoop after hoop after hoop (just like his brother). He'll stay so serious and make sure I'm watching, throw the ball in and say "Goal!"

Landon keeps me on my toes. His spirit is just too big for his little body, so he does not stop moving. I'm especially impressed with him right now because we have about 80 kids books, and he has at least half of them memorized. It is crazy. He does not get that from me. I don't even remember what I ate for lunch today.

I am so thankful for them. Being a mother has blessed my life in so many ways. I can't even imagine what life would be like without Landon and Harper. They are so special to me, and I'm so humbled to have been entrusted with these amazing little boys. I hope I can help them reach their full potential.

Kali, Kali, Kali!! I have no idea how I stumbled across your blog, but I love it! You have some writing talent, girl (and some cute kids, too!) I'm hoping you remember me so I don't feel like a stalker. ("Sis." Wood from Beavercreek, Ohio Ward, I taught your seminary class in my teeny living room of my townhouse, for about a semester. :))
